Oh wow.. Did I discovered a hidden gem?!?. This place maybe known for their curry & sate lobster noodle soup, but what attracted me most was their Curry Noodle soup on the menu. Not all Vietnamese restaurant can make this noodle soup perfectly, but wow, their curry noodle soup was superb!! Big soup bowl, the broth, omg, good hint of curry, not over powering, good balance of spice and umami!! Not heavy at all on the coconut cream... absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back to try their sate Pho!! Staff was super friendly and nice

Spacious restaurant and fast service. We never have to wait for a table at Saigon Rex, even for big group. I have been there many times. This time I would like I twist so I tried out their sweet and sour soup with fish fillets and vermicelli. The portion is HUGE, full of fresh vegetables. The soup is hot and savory. The waitresses are very attentive to ensure that all the orders came out correctly with our large group. I would recommend anyone looking for solid Vietnamese food in around the Hamptons neighborhood to go to Saigon Rex.

The food tastes excellent, and the price is very nice! I love the atmosphere as well, the floor and table is clean, doesn’t have any weird smell in the store. The server is friendly and nice Will definitely come back again!

This is my first time eating lunch at this restaurant and I love it. The restaurant has chill atmosphere, delicious food especially Pho and it is worth every penny I spent. In here I have a photo of an empty bole of Pho please don’t judge me because i was hungry. But this empty bowl shows that I love the food here. I would also recommend you guys try out their Pad Thai as well because it is so delicious. All overall this is a 10/10 for me so far. Additional point is that they have many parking lot in front of the restaurant. I find it very convenient especially in the cold weather. I would recommend this restaurant to family, couple or people who just want to have a nice lunch like myself in the weekends.

Best food ever. I'm not a carrot lover at all but I really do love your cooked carrots in vermicelli and fried noodles. It was awesome

Absolutely love this place! The pho is amazing—perfectly spicy and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are always incredibly kind. They also have a huge menu with lots of variety, and lots of vegetarian options as well! Highly recommend to any pho lover

One of my go-tos! Place is kept clean and food is reasonably priced with good portions. Definitely recommend the Beef satay soup or #34 Vermicelli. They also have gluten free spring roles which my girlfriend loves! Ambience is nice when you sit in as well!
